Our automatic label sleeving machine adopts PLC control and automatic positioning module, servo motor and frequency converter. Its automatic positioning system ensures the casting label precise, rapid and stable. Besides, its touch screen is featured with humanized operation.

This serial of equipments serves in full auto smart packaging line integrating the functions of delivering bottles, classifying bottles, label sleeving and label shrinking. High speed, precise positioning, saving labor and perfect package are the design tenet of this serial of equipments. It can be applied to the beverage factory and the health food products factory. It is pleasing to the eye and easy to clean and maintain (Take Type ZYP-100M for an example, the following is the details of the Type)

• Synchronous drive, any driving belt replacement may be finished quickly, compared with traditional multiple interlocking belts(its replacement and maintenance need more than 6 hours), the driving belt is easier and simpler to maintain without interupting production.
• Unique cutter head across China, suitable to 30mm~~ 130mm containers, the cutter head is completely free of replacement and adjustment, unique touch man-machine interface, namely automatic positioning after searching out origin which is safe and convenient, and is leading the products alike.
• Single Contraction Label Feeding Tray: moderate height favors label fixing; automatically controlled by micro-computer; free of setting and adjustment, only need to push the button lightly and then label is in automatic detection & positioning; swift and labor-saving for changing labels, absolutely precise cutting-off position.
• Label feeding part: dynamic-force synchronous tension controls label feeding, feeding capability: 90m/min., volume label feeding tray: 500mm, applicable internal diameter of paper tube: 4', 8', 10', stable tension of label feeding part ensures the precise of the length of label, stable and fast feeding, and the precise of delivering label and casting label.
• Stepping casting label part of centre guide pillar, casting speed is 100B~0B/Min.
• New-type cutter: drived by stepping motors, high speed, stable and precise cutting, smooth cut, good-looking shrinking; matched with label synchronous positioning part, the precise of cut positioning reaches 1mm.
• Multi-point emergency halt button: Emergency halt buttons can be set in proper position of production lines so as to make online execution safe and production smooth.
• Special hot-wind shrinking oven: High-pressure blower, special hot wind circulating flow helps save energy. The shrinking effect is unmatched, flatten shrinking effect over curve bottles, traditional shrinking ovens are unsatisfactory in shrinking over curve bottles.
• New-type steam shrinking oven: Thermal contraction rate increases greatly, applicable to various and irregular round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, etc.. Repairing and adjustment over the oven is convenient, flatten shrinking effect, steam drums are set for steam jetting, so the tube is unhindered. Each side of the jetting mouth is divided into four sections, the height, level position and the amount of steam jetting of each section can be adjusted separately, which can make the shrinking perfect. The low-pressure steam drums are made of seamless steel tube, use stainless steel flexible conduit quick-connect as connectors which are easy to be removed and installed. The housing of the whole machine is made of stainless steel and is in heat preservation which not only saves energy, but also is qualified for international safety standard. The stainless steel water pan on the bottom can collect condensed water which may be released after connecting a pipe to the pan, so as not to influence working environment. There are four forms on the body, two in the behind, and two in the front. The whole machine is waterproof, rust-less, and convenient to operate and maintain,

Purpose:
