Automatic Rinser Filler Capper Monoblock

It adopts rotation transmission method and combines the functions of rinsing, filling and cap-sealing into one (3-into-1). The whole process will be realized under PLC control. Speed is adjusted steplessly by frequency converter.

The machine consists of following system:

a) Rinsing system- it has bottle-clamping rotation plate, water-distributing plate.
b) Filling system - it has filling valves, control ring and lifting device.
c) Cap-sealing system- it has cap-unscrambler, cap-screwing device etc.
d) Bottle feeding system - It has air coveyors(without guide screw).
e) Electrical control system- it has frequency converter to adjust speed, PLC control.

Main Features:
" Bottle feeded by air conveyor and no bottle-jam occurred even in high speed production.
" High efficient spraying nozzle in rinsing system which can rinse entirely inside of the bottle in economic water consumption.

General Description & Working Procedure of Bottling Machine:

This machine is designed and manufactured incorporating the latest technology from Germany and Italy for the demand of technical requirement of beverage production, such as carbonated drinks.

Bottles are fed from air conveyor into the monoblock. Bottle clamp installed on the rotary wheel of the rinser will grip bottle mouth and make a 180° turn along a guide track to face the bottle mouth downward. In designated section of the rinser, rinsing water will jet out from special nozzles to flush bottle inside wall. After rinsing and dripping, bottles gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180° turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position. Clean bottles are discharged out of the rinser by a star wheel to feed the filler. After entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves. Filling valves are opened by bottle presence signals. After finishing filling, valves are closed by valve closing mechanism to further stop venting to complete the filling process. Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling star wheel. Anti-rotation blades on capping heads will seize the bottleneck to prevent it from rotation and hold it in an upright position. The twist-on capping head will make revolving and rotating movement along with the machine to finish the complete capping process of cap picking, placing, twisting, and disengaging under the control of a cam. A discharge star wheel discharges finished bottles onto discharge conveyor belt to be conveyed out of the filling.

Main Equipment of Bottling Machine:
i) Bottle Infeed:
" Bottle infeed by air conveyor.
" No bottle-jam occurred even under high speed production.

ii) Rinser:
The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp.This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of AISI304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable. The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp incorporating technology from Spaying Systems Co.Ltd., is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner
wall and also saves rinsing water. Covering of bottle clamps and elevator are product of Telfon, America. The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine via gear transmission.


iii) Transfer star wheel:
" Made of stainless steel of superior quality.
" Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

iv) Filler:
The filler is designed and manufactured with application of Italy technology, providing hardware guarantee for securing product quality and reducing loss. Rotary wheel are fully made of stainless steel AISI304. Filling valves are designed and manufactured with German technology, featuring high filling accuracy and high filling speed. Bottles are raised and lowered by controlled lifting cam mechanism. The lifted bottles are filled with CO2 to increase the pressure equal to the filling tank, then the values are automatically open for the filling process until reach the designated volum required which is controlled by the air venting tube then the valves are automatically shut.All sliding bushes of lifting device use Teflon (America) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.Hydraulic pump is float-ball controlled. The filler is driven by driving system positioned inside machine
frame via gear transmission.

v) Capper
The capper is most precise part in 3 in 1 filling machine,because the quality of machine is important to running credibility and product quality. The sealing machine in has strongpoint as follows:
The lid track has the device to prevent the reversal lid from passing and pick out the reversal lid. Meanwhile the photoelectric switch can stop the machine automatically when there is no lids on the track, by which it can avoid bottle without lids effectively. It also has the bottle check-up switch to control the lids flow and stop it in case no bottle to reduce the quantity of lids. Highly effective centric way for cap sorting to reduce the abrasion.

vi) Discharge Star Wheel:
Nylon star wheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles. Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

vii) Discharge Conveyor:
Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling machine to prevent bottles from falling.

viii) Electrical control system
The electrical cabinet is made of AISI304 stainless steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge,PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the filling monobloc, the speed is controlled by frequency converter.
