This range of products carry a one year on-site guarantee against all defects as well as a money-back guarantee against poor performance. This guarantee includes all parts, transport, labour and accommodation for any destination inside South Africa. In case of a breakage that can be fixed quickly by an independant contractor, eg. a local electrician, we will cover the cost for such a contractor. The guarantee for foreign coutries exclude travel- and accommodation costs.
