This Skid mounted Unit consists of:

1 Plate heat axchanger-H17 MGS-16/4
2 Product / CIP Pump -W+ 35/35 2.2kw
3 Hot water Pump -NM32/12D 0.75kw
4 Balance Tank-160lt.
5 Holding Tube- 30 seconds
6 Flow Panel- 4 ports
7 Balance Tank Control valve- APV Actuated SVS complete with CU31
8 Diversion valve - PV Actuated SW43 complete with CU31
9-Flow control Valve - APV RGE41 manual control valve
10 Manual Valves - APV SV1 and SVS complete with handile and Sudmo ball valves
11 Site glasses
12 Strainer
13 Electrical control panel, complete with 2 pen chart recorder, controllers, selectors, lamps and push buttons

The above mentioned are all included on this skid mounted pastuerizer, and are piped together with NW40 piping on the product side and NW50 piping on the hot water loop

The skid has been designed so that the flow panel and the electrical control panel are forward facing, with the balance tank in-between on the corner for easy access. The hot water and chilled water shut- off valves are located on the plate heat exchanger by the respective hot water sections

The holding tube has been mounted on the rear side , next to the plate heat exchanger

All valves have been placed in "easy- to- maintain" oparable positions.
